ผลของการทดแทนปลาป่นด้วยผง Super Premix ในอาหารปลาลูกผสม บึกสยามแม่โจ้ต่อการเจริญพันธุ์ การเจริญเติบโต คุณภาพเนื้อ และต้นทุน

Abstract

Effects of fish meal replacement with Super Premix (By-product of fillet process, SP) in feed the Maejo Buk Siam hybrid catfish (Pangasianodon gigas x Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) at 3 levels of SP, 1) 0% (control) 2) 25% and 3) 50% on reproductive, growth performance, meat quality and fish feed cost. The results showed that the reproductive, meat quality and growth of hybrid catfish age 20 days after hatching between experiment groups were not statistically different (p>0.05). While the growth performance of hybrid catfish in cage treated with feed replacement of fish meal with SP 25% increase the weight gain and average daily growth (ADG) higher than control statistically different (p<0.05). The digestive efficiency of hybrid catfish fed with SP 25% was the best protein digestibility. Moreover, the replacement of fish meal with SP 25% and 50% could reduce fish feed cost 1.27 and 2.14 baht/kg and per 1 kg of fish production was 8.72 and 8.34 baht/kg, respectively.

ผลของการทดแทนปลาป่นด้วย Super Premix (ผลพลอยได้จากกระบวนการแล่เนื้อปลา) ในอาหารปลาลูกผสมบึกสยามแม่โจ้ (ปลาบึก x ปลาสวาย) 3 ระดับ คือ 1) 0 เปอร์เซ็นต์ (ชุดควบคุม) 2) 25 เปอร์เซ็นต์ 3) 50 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ต่อการเจริญพันธุ์ การเจริญเติบโต ประสิทธิภาพการย่อย คุณภาพเนื้อ และต้นทุนค่าอาหารปลา ผลการทดลอง พบว่าการเจริญพันธุ์ คุณภาพเนื้อ และการเจริญเติบโตของปลาอายุ 20 วันหลังการฟัก ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p>0.05) ขณะที่ การเจริญเติบโตของปลาลูกผสมฯ ในกระชังที่เลี้ยงด้วยอาหารทดแทนปลาป่น 25 เปอร์เซ็นต์ มีน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นและอัตราการเจริญเติบโตต่อวัน (ADG) สูงกว่าชุดควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ส่วนประสิทธิภาพการย่อยอาหารของปลาลูกผสมฯ ที่เลี้ยงด้วยอาหาร SP 25 เปอร์เซ็นต์ มีแนวโน้มสามารถในการย่อยโปรตีนได้ดีที่สุด นอกจากนี้ การทดแทนปลาป่นด้วย SP 25 และ 50 เปอร์เซ็นต์ สามารถลดต้นทุนค่าอาหารปลาได้ 1.27 และ 2.14 บาท/กิโลกรัม และลดต้นทุนค่าอาหารปลาต่อการผลิตปลา 1 กิโลกรัม ได้ 8.72 และ 8.34 บาท/กิโลกรัม ตามลำดับ
